Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation standards.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexibility for scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department procedures and logs.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor with supervisor.
• Execute food orders timely across multiple stations.
• Coordinate with Sous/Executive Chef for prep and shift end duties.
• Assist and support kitchen operations as needed.
