Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• California beverage service certifications required within training period.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of food items with speed and accuracy.
• Line Cook stations: Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up and Kitchen Prep.
• Maintain equipment and keep the kitchen clean.
• Work as a team to meet prep and delivery standards.
• Prepare food with proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe standards.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed.
• Commit to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed.
