Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Cook to prepare diverse menu items with speed and accuracy in a busy kitchen. You will join a well‑equipped kitchen with line positions and Prep Cooks, focusing on teamwork and food safety.

You will operate in hot and cold environments, lift up to 30 lbs, and stand for long shifts. The role offers growth opportunities and a hospitable culture with family‑oriented values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in hot or cold environments.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Perform tasks in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality.
• Work as a team to meet food safety and sanitation standards.
• Basic understanding of food preparation and equipment.
• Demonstrate reliable work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diverse menu items with speed and accuracy.
• Support line cooks in Salad, Fry, Sauté, Grill, Make Up and Prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper equipment operation in the kitchen.
• Work collaboratively to ensure timely food delivery to guests.
• Use proper safety equipment and follow recipe standards.
• Restock kitchen as needed and assist other areas as required.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Support team across restaurant during business needs.
