This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for cross-training within Sidelines Restaurant Group. Ideal candidates are experienced in busy restaurant settings, capable of handling high-volume orders, and committed to teamwork and food safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or line cook role.
• Ability to handle high-pressure rushes and multiple orders.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling and temperatures (ServSafe is a plus).
• Dependable work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work in a warm kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook line items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned station before and during service.
• Cook and assemble items quickly during peak hours with quality control.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and proper food storage.
• Communicate effectively with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
