Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff, you will help maintain cleanliness, assist with opening and closing procedures, and ensure timely service while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction. This role offers growth in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work open and close shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for meals per recipes and standards.
• Set up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet for service.
• Prepare sauces, soups, and other dishes under guidance.
• Support dishwashers and pantry staff for smooth operations.
• Report out-of-stock ingredients to the Executive Chef promptly.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures including inventory.
• Ensure proper dinner setup and assist during service.
