Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to spec, receiving shipments, labeling and storing prep items, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

The role requires previous Line Cook experience, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. We value accuracy, teamwork, and commitment to food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required.
• Standing or moving for long periods of time.
• General knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stay calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make prep recipes and cook menu items to specification.
• Receive and order products.
• Label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties; set up and stock stations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and back dock.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Read order tickets or Kitchen Display System accurately.
• Assemble orders and verify product quality and specs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge.
• Handle re-cook and special prep procedures for large groups.
