Hard Rock International is seeking a line cook to prepare and cook menu items to spec in a fast-paced kitchen. You will receive orders, label and refrigerate items, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Line Cook experience required.
• Standing or moving for long periods of time.
• General knowledge of all safety & sanitation standards.
• Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Displaying a positive attitude toward guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Making prep recipes and cooking menu products to spec.
• Receiving and ordering product.
• Labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items.
• Setting up, stocking and breaking down kitchen stations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and back dock.
• Practicing safety and sanitation standards.
• Reading order tickets or Kitchen Display System.
• Assembling orders and checking product quality.
• Demonstrating product knowledge.
• Handling re-cook and special prep procedures.
