Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton in Sunrise, FL is hiring a full-time Line Cook to prepare and cook menu items per standardized recipes and brand quality standards. You will set up and stock stations, handle food prep, and maintain safety and sanitation practices in a high-volume hotel kitchen.

You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure consistent presentation and positive guest dining experiences, including banquet and room service support.

Qualifications

• Experience with hot and cold food preparation, grilling, sautéing, and frying.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP guidelines, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards.
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Previous line cook or hotel kitchen experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary training an advantage.
