Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club and The Landing Bar & Grille in Millsboro, DE are seeking an experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare menu items according to recipes, maintain a clean, organized workstation, and support kitchen operations during high-volume service.

We offer $19.00–$20.00 per hour, opportunities for growth, a supportive team, and the chance to work at one of Sussex County's premier golf and dining destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in a kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control.
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as needed.
