Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook for The Landing Bar & Grille at Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club in Millsboro, DE. You will prepare menu items, maintain a clean, sanitary workstation, and support banquet and event food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has previous line cook experience, works well under pressure, communicates clearly, and collaborates with the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portion control
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as needed
