Job summary

Starr Pass Golf Club in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Line Cook to assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets on the property. The role requires adherence to safety, sanitation, and recipe standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work as part of a team, handle daily food prep, stocking, and basic kitchen cleanup, and support service during peak hours. The position offers learning opportunities within Troon’s hospitality-focused operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience maintaining safe working conditions and following food safety procedures.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with food preparation for all outlets on the property.
• Follow standard recipes and ensure quality of all served items.
• Conduct monthly inventory of food and supplies and maintain equipment properly.
• Perform cleanup and sanitation tasks for all prep and storage areas.
• Support with product receiving and storage; comply with Health Department regulations.
