Job summary

The Club at Starr Pass in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Line Cook to join Troon Golf, LLC. You will assist the Chef/Kitchen Manager in preparing food for all outlets on the property and uphold safety, sanitation, and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions. Benefits include healthcare, retirement plans, and PTO per policy.

Qualifications

• High School (or equivalent) diploma required.
• Experienced in maintaining a safe working condition.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can take direction well.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with setup and prep for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes and prepare assigned items.
• Conduct monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation standards.
• Sort, rinse and transport dishes and utensils.
• Distribute food and supplies across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.
