Responsibilities

• Assists Chef/Kitchen Manager with set-up and preparation of food items for all outlets on the property.
• Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing all assigned items.
• Assists with conducting a monthly food/supplies inventory.
• Maintains proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
• Performs cleanup and sanitation maintenance as directed by the Chef/Kitchen Manager.
• Distributes food and supplies to outlets and handles storage of products.
• Complies with health regulations and works with supervisor on other duties as assigned.
