Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a Line Cook.

Responsibilities

• Reads and prepares food orders according to menu plans.
• Washes, slices, peels, and cuts foods for cooking or serving.
• Ensures food quality, safety, and sanitation per guidelines.
• Coordinates with dining room staff and communicates orders.
• Completes all prep items as written on prep sheet.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper operation of work areas and equipment.
• Follows Health Department regulations for food handling and storage.
