Isleta Resort & Casino is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. You will work across multiple food outlets in a fast-paced kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in a high-volume setting, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle pressure. We offer a competitive base pay and benefits including meals on site and resort discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent training preferred.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals across our diverse range of food outlets, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Understand and follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the executive chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Operate a variety of kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively to meet service, prep, and cleaning expectations.
• Assist in the development of menu items and daily specials.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
