Responsibilities

• Prepare all foods necessary for service to culinary standards.
• Produce quantities according to forecast and par levels.
• Fill prep lists daily to maintain effective communication.
• Rotate all food stocks (FIFO).
• Assist in monthly inventory taking.
• Ensure foods do not fall into the temperature danger zone; follow safety policies.
• Maintain knife safety and use safety stations; know how to assemble/disassemble/clean equipment.
