Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a part-time Cook for the Wisconsin Room, onsite in Kohler, WI. You will prepare foods to standard, handle prep lists, and rotate stock while maintaining safety and sanitation across all kitchen stations during shifts that run weekdays and weekends.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English fluency, and experience across kitchen stations. Knowledge of sanitation and food waste practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.
• Able to work all kitchen stations: appetizer/dessert, grill, sauté and prep.
• Experience in resort or multi-venue environments preferred.
• Completed sanitation course.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods to meet culinary standards and forecasted par levels.
• Manage prep lists, rotate stock (FIFO) and assist in inventory tasks.
• Maintain food safety, proper temperatures, and sanitation practices.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; follow knife safety rules.
