RH Hospitality is seeking an experienced Line Cook to contribute to culinary excellence across our Design Gallery restaurants. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, consistency and professional growth, and will execute elevated guest experiences with the broader culinary team.

You will work at RH’s Santa Barbara location, upholding recipe standards, preparing dishes with precision, and supporting inventory and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related culinary experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which you are applying at the time of application.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional culinary results by preparing dishes with precision and maintaining knowledge of RH’s menu and standards.
• Uphold RH’s recipe standards through cleanliness, preparation and presentation across all stations.
• Foster strong communication with team members and leaders to exceed RH’s service expectations.
• Collaborate with location leadership during daily line checks to ensure consistent execution for service.
• Assist with inventory processes to maintain accuracy and support service and financial goals.
