The Red Circle Inn in Lake Country, WI, part of Geronimo Hospitality Group, is seeking a Line Cook to join our team and deliver consistent, high-quality dining experiences. You will work with the chef to ensure menu items are prepared to standard, maintain a clean station, and provide excellent guest service during busy service times. U.S.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of kitchen experience; basic math ability and legible handwriting.
Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
U.S. work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

Know and understand every menu item, portion sizes, quality standards; take 100% responsibility for product quality.
Work with the Chef to ensure consistency on every plate and timely service.
Maintain a clean, stocked workstation and assist with prep and deliveries as needed.
Lift up to 50 pounds and follow safety guidelines, especially knife handling.
Arrive on time in full uniform and support a positive guest experience.
