Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook for our Beloit, Wisconsin location. You will work as part of a team to prepare and plate quality meals, while maintaining a clean, safe kitchen. The role emphasizes consistency, teamwork, and excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be expected to understand menu items, follow recipes, and support the Chef during peak times, with proper uniform and punctuality. Geronimo values hard work and guest-focused hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least one year of kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills; must be able to add, subtract and have legible handwriting.
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Know and understand every item on the menu and ensure quality on every plate.
• Work closely with the Chef to provide consistent plating and portion control.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and stocked at all times.
• Follow safety practices and opening/closing procedures for kitchen stations.
• Arrive on time in full uniform for scheduled shifts and communicate with management.
