Suser Restaurant Group is hiring a skilled Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team in Wisconsin. You will ensure that every plate is prepared to spec, using fresh ingredients and maintaining strict cleanliness and organization at the station.

Qualifications

• Must have full-service restaurant line cook experience.
• Able to follow written recipes and order tickets with speed and accuracy.
• Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Knowledge of current culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills; able to divide responsibilities and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes to exact specifications and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift.
• Monitor food rotation, labeling, sanitation, and health code compliance.
• Assist in training junior cooks and communicating with the team to ensure smooth service.
