Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to Mishik’s recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently across stations during service.
• Maintain quality, portion control, presentation, and timing throughout shifts.
• Complete daily prep including cutting, sauces, stocks, and components.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Keep workstation clean, organized and stocked during service.
• Communicate with Chef and kitchen team during busy periods.
• Label, date, rotate, and store ingredients properly.
