Qualifications

• Prepare menu items according to prescribed recipes
• Able to work a variety of hours, including weekends
• Safely and effectively use and operate knives and kitchen tools
• Communicate clearly to team and supervisors
• Maintain a calm, multitasking pace under pressure
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Responsibilities

• Follow portioning controls and par levels
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Read a thermometer correctly and efficiently
• Communicate delays or issues to Coordinator
• Monitor item counts and inform management when below minimums
• Ensure accurate station output and inventory
• Adhere to allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions
• Follow all safety policies and employment rules
