Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Manage guest orders efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques (sauces, roasting, grilling, plating) and assist with station independence as needed.
• Inspect all preparations and plates before serving for quality and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols.
• Assist with training and supervisory duties as needed and manage multiple tickets/orders.
