Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to prepare culinary items for guests and hotel clients. You will handle pantry and fry station duties, follow recipes and quality standards, and ensure sanitary work environments.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus culinary training preferred. Prior food/beverage experience and basic English communication are required for effective service and teamwork in a fast‑paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred.
• Three to six months in a food/beverage environment or establishment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items in pantry, fry stations or other kitchen areas.
• Follow recipes, portion standards and production requirements.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices.
• Label, date and rotate per SOP; keep buffet stocked.
• Assist in preventing food waste and controlling costs.
