Qualifications

• 1+ years of culinary experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent education certificate.
• Strong verbal and written communication in the workplace language.
• Stamina for an active role — standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistently high quality by following recipes and standards.
• Follow proper food safety protocols, including date marking, rotation, and temperature control.
• Anticipate kitchen needs and initiate food preparation proactively.
• Store and handle all food products properly during and after use.
• Support efforts to reduce waste and maintain food control standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, broilers, stoves, ovens, and mixers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and refine processes together.
• Uphold the professionalism and brand standards that define the Bistecca experience.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by kitchen leadership.
