Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Cook for the DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown in Asheville, NC. The role involves preparing and executing diverse dishes under supervision, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and culinary excellence on every plate.

You will work on the line, assist with prep, mentor junior staff, and ensure proper storage and inventory. The position offers full-time hours, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of kitchen experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork; willingness to learn.
• Culinary education or formal training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook menu items, following recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily kitchen prep and ingredient prep.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of stations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols for a safe environment.
• Assist with inventory checks, rotation, and storage.
• Mentor junior cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Follow directions from Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
