DoubleTree by Hilton Asheville Downtown is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook menu items, assist with prep, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen under leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with kitchen staff.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Culinary education or training preferred.

In this advanced role, you will play a key part on our line - preparing and executing a diverse variety of dishes under the guidance of our Cook III and Sous Chef, while ensuring our highest standards of food quality, kitchen safety, and culinary excellence are met on every plate.
