Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our Asheville kitchen team in North Carolina. You will work on the line under the guidance of senior chefs, preparing and delivering a diverse range of dishes with high standards of food quality and safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the culinary leadership, ongoing skill development, and a pathway toward advanced kitchen responsibilities at a renowned hotel portfolio in Asheville.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
• Culinary education or training preferred.

• Prepare and cook menu items, ensuring adherence to recipe standards.
• Assist with daily kitchen prep and ingredient preparation.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned kitchen stations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
