Daily Provisions is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Boston-area kitchen, part of Union Square Hospitality Group. You will contribute to a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, handling prep, cooking, and portioning with a focus on consistency and quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year Line Cook experience, can stand for long periods, and value teamwork. The role offers competitive pay and a path to growth within a renowned hospitality group.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Line Cook position in a similar environment.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
• Prepare, cook, and portion food.
• Maintain and use kitchen equipment (fryers, blenders, processors, mixers, rotisserie).
• Ensure prep duties are seasoned and cooked to standards by set times.
• Follow recipes, techniques, and build sheets as taught by leaders.
• Label and date all mise en place and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain sharp knives and tools, and uphold professional line workload.
