The Highland Dallas, a luxury boutique hotel, is seeking a Line Cook to join our fast-paced culinary team. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, collaborate on menu items, and maintain clean, organized kitchens to meet our high standards.

You will work with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences, demonstrate a passion for the culinary arts, and thrive in a team that values safety, speed, and hospitality in a vibrant Dallas environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
