Job summary

The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant with 30+ corporate locations across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL. We offer a full training program and support for both English and Spanish speakers so you will not feel like you are being “thrown into the fire.” Flexible scheduling and the ability to transfer between locations support your work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Read in English or Español and follow recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and safety.
• Learn and work in all kitchen areas including three cooking stations, prep and dishwashing.
• Managers will set the example and not ask you to do anything they wouldn't do yourself.

We have over 30 corporate locations throughout NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL with many more on the way. We also have franchised locations that have additional opportunities for training and support roles.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Proper food handling and storage
