The Turning Point LLC is hiring for daytime kitchen roles across multiple locations. We value enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong desire to grow with our expanding brand.

Responsibilities include proper food handling, accurate cooking, and adapting to several kitchen stations. We support both English and Español speakers and offer a comprehensive training program with opportunities to transfer locations.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Skilled with use of cookware needed for the position.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility.

• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Read in English OR Español and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food.
• Learn and work in all kitchen areas, including three cooking stations, food prep and dishwashing positions.
• Our managers will never ask you to do something they would not do themselves.
