The Turning Point LLC is a daytime-only breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant seeking enthusiastic team members for our kitchen and dining staff. We offer training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to transfer across locations in NJ, PA, and DE.

Nighttime money while daytime hours are available, with restaurant close times at 3pm. We value a healthy work-life balance and promote growth—over 65% of managers promoted from within.

Formación

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to read English or Español and follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food before cooking.
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food.
• Follow recipes and safety guidelines to produce meals.
• Learn and work across kitchen stations (grill, prep, dishwash).

We have over 30 corporate locations throughout NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL with many more on the way. We also have franchised locations that have additional opportunities for training and support roles.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food
• Ability to read in English OR Español and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to the Turning Point and Health Department guidelines
• We have many positions in our kitchens. You will be expected to learn and work in all areas. This includes the three cooking stations, food prep and dishwashing positions
• Our managers will never ask you to do something they would not do themselves

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
• Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility
