Job summary

The Turning Point LLC in Center Square, PA, is hiring energetic teammates for daytime kitchen roles. You will handle food prep, cooking, and station rotation across breakfast, brunch, and lunch services. We value reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a full training program, flexible shifts, and opportunities to advance within our growing chain of restaurants across NJ, PA, DE, VA, and FL. Bilingual applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Restaurant experience is recommended but not required.
• Able to operate cookware safely and efficiently.
• Able to lift and move heavy objects.
• Comfortable working with high-temperature equipment.

Responsibilities

• Proper food handling and storage.
• Preparing and portioning food prior to cooking.
• Cooking foods accurately and efficiently.
• Follow recipes in English or Español, ensure sanitation and safety.
• Learn and work across all kitchen areas (stations, prep, dishwashing).
• Support management and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Proper food handling and storage
• Preparing and portioning food products prior to cooking
• Accurately and efficiently cooking food
• Ability to read in English OR Español and following all recipes, portions, guidelines, sanitation, and basic safety to produce food according to the Turning Point and Health Department guidelines
• We have many positions in our kitchens. You will be expected to learn and work in all areas. This includes the three cooking stations, food prep and dishwashing positions
• Our managers will never ask you to do something they would not do themselves

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior restaurant experience is recommended but not required
• Skilled with the use of cookware needed for the position
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
• Ability to work with high temperature equipment and in a high heat facility
