Main Event Entertainment in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will work with the service team to ensure timely delivery, maintain a clean station, and perform opening/closing duties. Applicants should have 6 months of line cook experience, be 18+, and hold a Food Handlers Certification.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Working with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely.
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before and after each shift.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
