Job summary

• Requisitions items to produce menu items and notifies shortages.
• Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Sets up and breaks down prep cook station; stores leftovers properly.
• Adheres to closing checklists and attends kitchen meetings.
