Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes per menu specifications.
• Experience with grilling, sautéing, and frying techniques.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and manage multiple orders at once.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager.
