Job summary

The role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and requires strong cooking skills and food safety awareness.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in culinary arts or 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and a Safe Serve/Food Handler certification.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food preparation methods including pantry items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
• Ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods for measurements.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in quality.
• Experience in high-paced kitchen environments.
• Safe Serve/Food Handler's certification required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
