Job summary

Salted, the Salted restaurant concept in Los Angeles, is hiring a Line Cook for AM shifts in a part-time role with an hourly pay of $19-$22 at 8320 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA.

This position offers meaningful growth and a path to excellence within a dynamic culinary team. You will prepare and cook items to Salted standards, maintain strict sanitation, and collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 6 months of kitchen experience.
• Knife and prep work skills required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Line Cook Requirements

• Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Minimum of 6 months of kitchen experience.
