Job summary

Indigo Sky Casino is seeking a line cook to prepare Ala Carte dishes across stations and maintain high quality standards. The role requires plate presentation, collaboration with kitchen staff, and adherence to production sheets to minimize waste. A focus on guest satisfaction and clean work areas is essential.

Previous steakhouse or fine dining experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Cook all foods on the Ala Carte for each station
• Plate and garnish all cooked foods to specifications to ensure quality and consistency
• Directly responsible to work all stations on a rotation basis and keep an open line of communication with other line team members and culinary management
• Create a positive guest experience. Be helpful and friendly to all internal and external guests
• Execute all food production as determined on production sheets
• Prepare the proper amounts of food as determined by management
• Maintain food quality specifications as determined by standard recipes
• Maintain a waste free department by controlling productions
• Ensure cleanliness of your immediate work area and the process of walk in cooler
• Maintain established par levels and ensure stations are stocked at all times
