Responsibilities

• Cook all foods for all stations on the Ala Carte menu while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Plate and garnish foods to specifications.
• Rotate through stations and communicate with line staff and management.
• Create a positive guest experience and be friendly to guests.
• Follow production sheets and prepare proper food portions.
• Maintain quality and proper par levels; manage waste.
• Keep work area clean and ensure walk-in cooler processes are followed.
