The role requires 2 years of line cook experience in fine dining or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and a valid food handler’s permit. You will work on all stations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and respond to guest feedback as part of a collaborative kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Culinary training is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of Line Cook experience in fine dining or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a food handler’s permit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sauces and foods with medium or higher complexity.
• Become proficient on all cooking stations and equipment.
• Assist in creating new dishes and respond to guest feedback.
• Follow all food safety ordinances and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Breakdown workstation and restock for next shift.
