The responsibilities of the line cook include:

1. Maintaining food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
2. Managing sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
3. Reading food orders and/or receiving verbal instructions and preparing orders quickly and accurately.
4. Cleaning and restocking the station at the beginning and end of each shift, and prepping additional items as necessary.
5. Ensuring prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
6. Adhering to sanitation and safety policies to protect the establishment and guests.
7. Performing other duties as requested by management.
