Salary Range: $18.00 Hourly

Established in 2000, Bobby Jones Links is a club management and development company with headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and a satellite office in Naples, Florida. We serve private, resort, daily fee, and public courses, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences.

Our core commitment is to serving people, fostering a vibrant culture that promotes camaraderie, lifestyle, and growth for our members, customers, and employees. The Ooltewah Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is located in Ooltewah, Tennessee, offering year-round outdoor activities, including an 18-hole championship golf course, driving range, short game area, swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The club features a recently renovated clubhouse and is situated on over 150 acres in a rapidly growing area of Chattanooga.

Responsibilities of the Line Cook
  • Operate cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
  • Prepare and cook food according to directives; verify quality and quantity of all orders.
  • Plate prepared foods under the guidance of the senior chef.
  • Coordinate with servers to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
  • Follow all food handling and safety regulations in the kitchen and restaurant.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Completion of food safety coursework preferred.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

The physical demands include walking, sitting, standing for long periods, bending, using hands for handling objects, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and focusing visually. Employees must lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and be able to push, pull, and move lighter objects. The work environment is typically indoor with warm conditions, near grills and fryers, with a frequently loud noise level.
