• Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line.
• Preparing and portioning recipes prior to service.
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude.
• Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully.
• Being able occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability and holidays.

Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is interviewing for full time or part time Line Cooks. Hot line cooking experience in a full service restaurant is required. Weekends are required.

Join our team for the opportunity to be promoted to Lead Line Cook, Shift Supervisor or Sous Chef.
