Il Fornaio Cucina Italiana is interviewing for full time or part time Line Cooks. Hot line cooking experience in a full service restaurant is helpful but not required. Weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook is desirable but not required.
• Weekends are required and a flexible schedule is expected.
• Experience in hot line cooking is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare menu items per Il Fornaio recipes and standards.
• Stock and maintain adequate food levels on the line.
• Prepare and portion recipes before service.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and communicate professionally.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• Being able occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
