Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking experienced line cooks for Bakersfield, a concept featuring authentic Mexican street fare, tequila and whiskey, in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves constant movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following safe sanitation practices while contributing to a positive team dynamic.

You will help maintain station readiness, assist in menu item preparation, and uphold Thunderdome's standards and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds.
