Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants in Oak Ridge, TN is hiring a line cook to support a fast-paced kitchen. You will maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils while reading orders and following verbal instructions to prepare meals quickly and accurately.

The role requires upholding sanitation, health, and safety standards, cleaning and restocking the station at shift start and end, prepping additional items as needed, ensuring each plate meets quality and quantity expectations, and
