Job summary

You will maintain clean prep areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils while following health and safety standards. You will read orders, prepare meals quickly and accurately, restock stations, and ensure dishes meet quality and portion requirements. Additional duties may be assigned by management to support smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Maintains food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.
• Manages sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Reads food orders and/or verbal instructions and prepares orders quickly and accurately.
• Cleans and restocks station at the beginning and end of each shift, preps additional items as necessary.
• Ensures prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety policies to protect guests and establishment.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
